What is an International Business Integrator?

- An International Business Integrator installs the operating systems (process, software, and people structure) that let a business run without depending on its owner's attention.
Integration is the distinction. A consultant produces recommendations. An operator executes inside one company. An integrator connects the parts: the software to the process, the process to the people, and the people to a standard that holds after the engagement ends.
The “international” qualifier is literal. The work is delivered to owners globally rather than within a single market, and the systems are built to be portable. A documented process that survives a change of country, currency, or staff is a different artifact from one that lives in a founder's head.
Why does the distinction matter?
Because most operational advice fails at the handoff. A strategy deck is not an operating system. The measure of an integrator's work is what still functions six months after they leave, which is why the output is documented systems and standards rather than recommendations.
